Property agents across London will be indulging in the Swedish custom of fika this Easter as we mark the countdown to completion at The Monument Building.
As the aluminium fins begin to take shape and we head towards the final month of construction, agents are once again encouraged to plan a visit and experience the inspiring views and distinctive façade in person.
Continuing to highlight the excellent location of the building – next to Pudding Lane where the Great Fire of London started in a bakery in 1666 – boxes of cinnamon buns from Swedish bakery Fabrique will be delivered today as part of the latest marketing initiative.
Alex Jordan, leasing and marketing director at Skanska, said: “As The Monument Building nears completion and interest increases we are once again highlighting the first class office space we have available. The tradition of taking a break with a drink and a cinnamon bun is a Swedish institution that we encourage property agents to embrace this Easter.”
The Monument Building, comprising 94,000sqft (8,733sqm) of grade A office space and two ground floor retail units, is our first ‘Workplaces by Skanska’ development in London and will be completed in May 2016.
