The final stages of demolition and preparation of The Monument Building site are currently underway, before construction of the MAKE-designed building commences.
The building will provide around 85,000sqft (8,000sqm) of office space over nine floors, with floor plates offering approximately 10,000sqft (1,000sqm), plus 3,000sqft (460sqm) of ground-floor retail accommodation.
Centrally located opposite Monument tube station and within a short walk of both the heart of the City and vibrant South Bank, the building, with its stunning roof terraces and feature façade, will enhance this historic location, which is most widely recognised as the origin of the Great Fire of London.
