The Monument Building, the latest London commercial space being created by Skanska’s project development team, is now firmly on the map, thanks to a tasty marketing campaign.
Commercial property agents, industry newspapers, and a few Skanska employees, enjoyed a special delivery of hot cross buns, which arrived in branded boxes, to promote the availability of The Monument Building – 94,000sqft of high-quality office and retail accommodation in the heart of the city.
320 hot cross buns were delivered to over 40 teams, in just one day, to highlight the excellent location of the building, which is next to Pudding Lane where the Great Fire of London started in a bakery in 1666.
Inside the branded boxes, along with the buns, were a picture of the building and details about the development, with contact details for scheme agents Savills, plus a link to the website www.themonumentbuilding.com.
Created by east London bakery E5 Bakehouse, the delicious treats were made using organic, locally-sourced ingredients.
